The new engine is a
Victorian Rlys. T Class T375 will be its number.
It was built by Jeff Hague our former member and President who now
lives in Adelaide.
The engine is powered by a Briggs & Stratton 18.5 V twin petrol engine
driving a Southcott
Swashplate Hydraulic pump with two Charlin hydraulic motors one on each
bogie.Airbrakes are fitted
with provision to fit extra brake air tanks on the riding cars so
extending the running time without pumping up the brakes.
The paint work is VR blue with yellow solebars and buffers with black
underframe and bogies
Decals are vynil.
